Well Hotel

I spent a week at this hotel for a quick vacation, and overall, it was a great choice for those on a budget. The hotel's location at the street corner made it convenient to hail a taxi, which was a plus when I was out exploring during the day. The room I stayed in was rather small, and it felt cramped when I had big luggage with me. However, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. Great too that all rooms have small refrigerators. One thing I appreciated was the presence of 24-hour convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel. It made it convenient to grab any essentials I needed throughout my stay. I had a nice experience with the hotel staff as well. One time, when it was raining, the doorman kindly lent me an umbrella so that I didn't have to go back up to my room. It was a small gesture, but it made a difference. Unfortunately, during my stay, there were a couple of downsides related to timing. The elevator was undergoing repairs for a few days, so I had to use the stairs to reach the 4th floor where my room was located. It was a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Additionally, the hotel's café was under renovation, so breakfast was brought to our room. While the service was accommodating, I missed the experience of having breakfast in a communal space. 🤗✨

I've stayed in this hotel for medical check as it is across the road. Location wise, very strategic. Plenty of public transport passed in the street. Room - it was cleaned. The heater was not working in the room where i stayed in. Staff- very courteous and accommodating. The wifi signal is not reaching to the room. This needs to improve. Overall the.hotel is a good choice for those who need to stay near the medical diagnostic.

The room was extremely spacious and it's located in a convenient area. However, you should know that the wifi is not exactly the fastest, and there's a mild odour in the toilet (or maybe my room is just the unlucky one) that's still tolerable. The walls are on the thinner side so we can hear what's going on in the corridor, but that too was not too much of a problem for us. The main draw would definitely be the affordability and location. If you're not too fussy and just want a quick stay, Well Hotel may be the choice for you

umm restaurant under “renovations”. they did serve free breakfast lump of rice one egg and some kind of redish meat? everyday. water in the shower was a trickle and not refreshing at all. The staff was very nice is the ONLY reason for 2 stars. 5600 pesos for 3 days but the nice thing when i left was i had to stay 3 hrs past check out and they ONLY charged me 80 pesos for every hr i was there past checkout 😒 ya hard pass on that place for sure.

1. Confirmed my booking around 9:30AM 2. Check-in time is 2PM (same day of booking) and went 15 minutes early because I have a meeting, I need to get prepared. 3. Almost 2:30PM and I haven't been catered. 4. Worst. The Information Desk told me that my booking haven't got IN! Then, why they've confirmed my booking. 5. Almost 3PM, I got my room key. 6. WORST THAN WORST. The room wasn't cleaned! I called the service line and informed them. 7. Got transferred to another room. It was clean and spacious. I love it. 8. Exact 3PM I was able to unpack my things. Whatta 1 hour check-in! 9. Next day, almost check-out! It said 1PM is the standard check-out. 10. I have so many errands to do that I forgot the time for check-out. So, I asked the receptionist if I would be able to extend since I checked-in so late. It was quarter to 1PM. 11. Receptionist said I should be check-out at 12:00NN 12. SHOCKING. 13. Other receptionist said, I can finish my errands and check-out not further than 2PM. 14. I checked-out at 2PM.
